Job Description
Providing technical support to Searchmetrics sales staff and channel partners, handling pre-sales discussions with customers, on-site meetings with clients to develop solutions, accurately and promptly answering technical queries.
Job Requirements
- Developing an understanding of client needs, SEO strategy planning and successful execution.
- Day-to-day Management of client accounts and channel partners.
- Regular interaction with clients via telephone and via face-to-face meetings.
- Liaise with the product management team regarding possible product enhancements.
- Regularly report to the Sales Director on activity and client account performance.
- Maintain a good understanding of the latest search engine developments.
- Preparation of proposals for potential clients.
- Meeting potential clients and being involved in the presentation process.
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years SEO experience (including 1 years agency experience).
- Understanding of both On & Off Page SEO.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate past successes with client accounts.
- Able to interpret data from Google Analytics and Omniture Site Catalyst.
- Additional experience with other online marketing sectors such as PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media would be beneficial.
- Travel required.
