How do you calculate SVR and other ranks?

Our ranks are determined by many SEO-relevant data and provide information about the performance of your domains and keywords. The list of indicators is constantly expanded. Here's the full list of them along with an explanation of how we calculate them:
  • SVR - The Searchmetrics Value Rank™ is determined by a number of different types of SEO relevant data. It provides an indication of how well a domain is constructed from an SEO point of view. The higher the SVR value, the better.
  • SPI - The Search Performance Index (also Organic and Paid Performance Index) indicates, how the chosen domain has developed in the search engine visibility. Basis for this value is a traffic estimate that we determine on the search volume for that keyword, the position of the keywords in that week and statistical values for traffic distribution. The search performance index includes, among other things, the results of the organic and paid search results and the videos.
  • KEI - The KEI is a value given based upon the assessment of keyword potential and is displayed in the form of green, yellow and red icons. Additional KEI factors include maxCPC, number of advertisers and a variety of influences from Google and other search engines.
  • Searchmetrics Audit Score - The Audit Score is a detailed analysis of a URL that has been entered in the Domainpool. A number of aspects are considered, such as technical analysis and SEO Performance.
  • SDRV - The Searchmetrics Domain Ranking Value™ (SDRV) provides an indication as to whether a large change in keyword positions in a domain has occured during a selected period of time.
  • SKAV - The Searchmetrics Keyword Advertiser Value™ is a value between 0.1 and 10 calculated for every advertiser. It is dependent on the amount and position of advertisements that operate on search results. A high SKAV™ is an indication of good visibility for an advertiser.
  • SSV - The Searchmetrics SERPS Value™ (SSV) makes a simple comparison of multiple domains based on keyword positions. The value is weighted by Top Positions as well as keywords found in the market environment.
  • SEO Performance Score - The SEO Performance Score evaluates SEO factors that affect the visibility of a domain. For example, both Pagerank and backlinks as well as duplicate content and the age of a domain are all included in the evaluation.
  • Searchmetrics Google News Value Rank - The Searchmetrics Google News Value Rank™ is a value in the Google News Performance submodule allowing the direct comparison of multiple publishers: each article from a publisher will judged according to various factors (e.g. size) and added to an index. The higher the index the better the publisher.
