Searchmetric's Investors
Main investor and shareholder of Searchmetrics GmbH is Holtzbrinck eLab GmbH. eLab and CTO Marcus Tober jointly founded the company in 2007.
Holtzbrinck eLab is developing projects and companies in Internet and Mobile applications for consumers. Adding value to digital lifestyle, offering a high innovation potential or showing substantial market potential are key attributes of eLab ventures. Main target of eLab's activities is to create digital media offerings that generate true customer value and have the potential to play a significant role in the future portfolio of Holtzbrinck publishing group.
Most of eLabs ventures start on completely new grounds. In particular cases eLab also invests in early phases of interesting companies. A focus of eLabs contribution to its ventures is to create links and synergies between portfolio companies.
The management team Marcus Tober and Dr. Horst Joepen are also shareholders of Searchmetrics.
