Searchmetric's Investors

Investor and shareholders of Searchmetrics GmbH are Neuhaus Partners GmbH and Holtzbrinck Digital GmbH. Holtzbrinck Digital and CTO Marcus Tober jointly founded the company in 2007.

All online businesses of the Georg von Holtzbrinck Publishing Group operate under the umbrella of Holtzbrinck Digital. The companies within this portfolio include Holtzbrinck Networks (strategic online business), Holtzbrinck Ventures (venture capital for online start-ups), Holtzbrinck eLAB (Holtzbrinck start-up / incubator for online start-ups) as well as the performance network (online and dialog marketing), QUARTER MEDIA (online marketer) and Holtzbrinck Online Services (HOS), a technical service provider.

At the subsidiary level, Holtzbrinck Digital runs an active portfolio management with the goal of increasing the Group’s market position within the Internet business sector. In order to sustain the success of their investments, Holtzbrinck Digital has a strong group of experts in the areas of online marketing and traffic management, IT and administrative services. The combination of these experts and the intensive networking amongst the portfolio companies results in a great exchange of valuable know-how and the realization of powerful synergies.

The focal point is on the T.I.M.E.S. area (telecommunication, information technology/internet, media, entertainment, security).

The team as a rule is build certified IT-experts. They are familiar with the services and products as well as the language of the associated companies.

Neuhaus Partners has been able to manage several initial public offerings and numerous trade sales since its formation. Among the former associated companies are ricardo.de, Nikoma, NxN, handy.de, DocMorris and blau Mobilfunk.

The management team Marcus Tober and Dr. Horst Joepen are also shareholders of Searchmetrics.
