Does service and consulting come with the license?

General Customer Support is available for all customers.

Consulting services are a little different: Consulting hours are available for all customers and are charged on a token basis to allow for flexibility. For instance, customers can elect to use tokens for consulting support for a few months then switch back to using their token credits for a higher volume of data downloads for the next few months – with the right token pricing package you can switch between both options (data and consulting) without paying more.

Where are your service centers based?

We have centers in Berlin, London, San Mateo, and New York, with more locations on the way.

What languages do your teams speak?

We are a multilingual team spread across the globe. The main languages spoken in our Services Team and Consulting Team are English and German.

If you would need support in a language other than English or German, simply get in touch to discuss your needs and we can let you know how we can support your organization in your preferred language.

For instance, in our Services Team, we have team members who speak French, Spanish and Polish and in our Consulting Team we also can support in Italian.

Can I hire one of your experts in-house?

Yes. Our experts are available for hire in-house for both long and short-term periods of time. Get in touch and let us know what you’re working on – we can help.

Yes, we support organizations with their SEO, Research, and Content Marketing needs even when they are not a Suite license owner – but we strongly recommend using the Searchmetrics Suite as it’s a powerful tool for any organization serious about SEO.
