Moreover, Matthew has an extensive track record of scaling technology businesses. Before joining Searchmetrics in January 2020, Matthew served as EMEA Managing Director at Innovid, which he joined from Trinity Mirror, one of the UK’s leading regional publishers. Beforehand, he was the European VP International for DoubleClick. He also managed the turnaround to profitability of paid search company, eSpotting, before its sale to FindWhat. Matthew is internationally minded and has worked in Europe, USA and Asia.

At Searchmetrics, Ken Ogenbratt is overseeing the Finance, Payroll and Legal departments, globally. He has a proven track record in process optimization and has implemented various enterprise-wide systems and global reporting methodologies. He is also experienced in fundraising activities and investor relations.
Ogenbratt served as a manager in one of the big four, Ernst & Young, for seven years before becoming the Head of Accounting and Treasury at recommerce site momox GmbH. He joined Searchmetrics back in 2015.

Dr. Konstantinos Dolkas is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Searchmetrics. Dolkas is focused on continuing to deliver innovation whilst also ensuring quality, availability and scalability to support businesses from SMEs to the largest international corporates.
Konstantinos holds a PhD in Cloud Computing and brings over 20 years of experience gathered in a variety of software engineering roles, including CTO positions at Yilu (a member of the Lufthansa Group) and Trecker GmbH. He has a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and software engineering best practices and policies, including expertise in building and maintaining scalable web and cloud architectures.
